Pumpkin Seed Pulp Salsa

Pumpkin Seed Pulp Salsa is a great way to use your leftover pumpkin seed pulp. Add this to your next party spread. Perfect alongside our Cashew Pulp Queso for a delicious variety!

  • 2 (14.5 oz) cans diced tomatoes
  • ½ cup cilantro
  • ½ onion, diced
  • 2 jalapeños, diced
  • ¼ cup pumpkin seed pulp (from pumpkin seed milk)
  • 1 clove garlic
  • juice of 2 limes
  • 2 tsp salt


Step 1

Add all ingredients to a food processor, and pulse until desired consistency is achieved.

Step 2

Serve with chips or as a delicious topping!
