Ingredients
400 mL gin
100 mL coconut water
3 limes, peel and pith removed
3 Tbsp sugar
2 Tbsp butterfly pea flowers

This purple gin gimlet is a beautiful and tasty cocktail for spring. The earthy butterfly pea flowers give it its vibrant color. With fresh lime and a splash of coconut water, it’s refreshing while also letting the flavors of gin shine through.

Ingredients
400 mL gin
100 mL coconut water

Directions
Step 1
Add the gin and coconut water to the collector cup. Place collector cup inside the Almond Cow base (no other liquid is added).
Step 2
Add the limes, butterfly pea flowers, and sugar to the filter basket. Attach the filter basket to the top of the Almond Cow and twist in the direction of the close arrow to secure.
Step 3
Plug in the Almond Cow and press the cow start button. It will run through 3 automatic stages. When the green light stops flashing, your Purple Gimlet is ready!
Step 4
Add 4-6 oz to a chilled coupe glass. Enjoy!
