Brazilian caipirinha cocktail made in Almond Cow machine

This classic Brazilian cocktail is incredibly refreshing and perfect for warmer days. This is a simple 3 ingredient drink, but one that will quickly become a summer favorite. Make a batch in your Almond Cow to share with friends.

Servings: 6-8


  • 500 mL cachaça
  • 5 limes peel and pith removed; cut into wedges
  • 5 Tbsp sugar
  • garnish: lime wheel


Step 1

Fill the collector cup with Cachaça to the 500 mL line. Place collector cup inside the Almond Cow base.

Step 2

Place the limes and sugar in the filter basket. Attach the filter basket to the top of the Almond Cow and twist in the direction of the close arrow to secure.

Step 3

Plug in the Almond Cow and press the cow start button. It will run through 3 automatic stages. When the green light stops flashing, your Caipirinha is complete!

Step 4

Fill a glass with ice, pour 3 oz in each glass, and stir until well chilled. Garnish with a lime wedge. Enjoy!
