I love recipes using pulp meal – if you make milk, you have pulp. Their SHOULD be as many milk recipes (or ideas) to use pulp meal as milks ! it would be a service to those who don’t throw things away. And I believe that most of the people who make their own nut&/Or grain milks are in the same situation as me. Is their any nutritional information on pulp meals? I’d be interested in knowing that.
Hi Candace! We appreciate your feedback. We do not have nutritional information on our pulpmeal bowls at this time.
I would also love to see nutritional info at some point. I have gotten older (say it isn’t so) and would love to eat the pulp for breakfast, but over the last year, I have found that I have no choice but to keep track of my calories. I think nut pulps would be valuable to my daily intake, I just don’t know how it would impact my caloric intake. I just got my Almond Cow last week that my mom ordered for me and we made Coconut/Cashew milk. I love this machine already. No more cleaning nut milk bags. 🙂
Hi Carol! We do have a nutrition calculator which calculates the nutritional information for the milk and pulp. https://almondcow.co/pages/…
After looking up nutrition info, I got this rough estimate
330 calories
21g fat
47 g carbs
