The Role

As a Customer Care Specialist for Almond Cow, you will be a key part in assisting the Customer Care team with customer inquiries, ensuring tickets across multiple platforms are answered clearly and concisely and serve as a liaison between the customer support team, management and customer to improve customer service and business productivity.

What you’ll do

- Develop and maintain in-depth Almond Cow knowledge

- Promptly respond to incoming tickets from customers through various channels (chat, email, phone, social media channels, etc.)

- Acknowledge the customer and their complaints while resolving them promptly

- Analyze customer complaints and provide appropriate corrective actions.

- Track, follow-up, and resolve customer’s outstanding issues in a timely fashion.

- Process returns and refunds

- Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints within Kustomer (our customer service platform)

- Communicate and coordinate with team members as necessary

- Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process

- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support quickly and efficiently

- Further your knowledge regularly through workshops and research, and share best practices, ideas, and tactics with the team

Qualifications

- Passionate about plant-based milk and Almond Cow’s mission

- 2+ years of professional experience in a customer service role

- Challenges excite you! You enjoy finding solutions and thinking at both the strategic and tactical level

- You have initiative and the ability to see projects through from beginning to end

- You embrace every new opportunity to learn, constantly striving to be better than the day before.

- You work well with ambiguity and understand how to prioritize time to focus on the highest impact areas

- Strong organizational, project management, and interpersonal communication skills (written, verbal, and presentation)

- Strong Critical Thinking and Problem-Solving skills

- Extremely organized with excellent attention to detail

- Proficient in team communication tools such as slack, zoom, google drive

Salary: The salary for this role ranges from $40,000 - $45,000 depending on experience.
