Instructions

To a blender, add coconut milk, corn flakes, cereal milk, agave, and vanilla, and blend until smooth and creamy. BLENDER METHOD: Pour mixture into ice cube trays and transfer to the freezer overnight. When ready, blend ice cubes in a high-speed blender until smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides as necessary. (If you do not have a high-powered blender we recommend letting the ice cream cubes sit out just until they start to slightly soften, this will help them blend better into ice cream.) Pour ice cream into a loaf tin (or something easy to scoop out of) and fold in more corn flakes. Transfer the ice cream back to the freezer for an hour and serve! NINJA CREAMI METHOD: Pour liquid into your creami pints (you’ll need 4 for this recipe, splitting liquid evenly amongst them should leave enough room to add in extra cereal later on) and freeze for 16 hours Attach pints to your Creami and process with the “Ice Cream” setting Remove the pint container from the Creami and more cereal (however much you prefer) then reattach to the Creami and run the “Mix-In” setting and enjoy! TRADITIONAL ICE CREAM MACHINE: Assemble your ice cream maker per manufacturer’s instructions Pour liquid into your ice cream machine’s ice cream bowl and churn until liquid develops a thick custard-like consistency Pour in more cereal and allow machine to churn for a few more minutes so they mix in evenly Transfer to a loaf pan or ice cream container and store in freezer until ready to eat! OPTIONAL: after scooping your ice cream, coat scoops in more cereal!

    1. Hi Taraneh! You can use our collector cup method to make an extra creamy coconut milk but it will not create the full fat coconut milk you get from a can. Here is a recipe that uses the collector cup method, https://almondcow.co/blogs/…. Thank you!

      1. Thanks for this. I am moving abroad and don’t think I will have access to full fat canned coconut milk – I was hoping to use the Almond Cow to make my own – is there any way to make it at home?

        1. You’re welcome, Taraneh. If you want to make it using the Almond Cow we would recommend using our collector cup method to make a smaller ratio of coconut to water and once the milk is made you will let it set in the fridge and the full fat should rise to the top and get very solid.

Ingredients

2 cans full fat coconut milk 2 cups corn flakes ¼ cup cereal milk ½ cup agave 2 tsp vanilla
