Favorite Recipe: Banana Bread Milk    

 “Making my first batch - I was expecting it to be a complicated and tedious process. Instead, it was so quick and user friendly. It was also so much fun to make and try new recipes! I found myself finding new ways to use the milk just so I could finish the jug and make more!”  

“It’s so much fun to get creative, personally I’m not that great in the kitchen but knowing I can make a new batch so easily has inspired me to get more creative and try new things!”  

Advice for newcomers to Almond Cow:  
“Try new recipes, don’t be afraid to experiment with flavours and spices (I add cardamom to my banana milk and it was delicious!)” “I drink it, I make it into a latte (an iced latte is particularly delicious!) and I added some to my banana bread recipe.”  

Other favorite recipes:  
“I use the chocolate oat milk in an iced latte, it’s soooo yummy! I also just used it to make chocolate chia pudding topped with berries and that was also delicious! I also use all of the milks to make protein smoothie bowls!”

Becky’s Blueberry Pancake Milk

“I drink blueberry pancake milk on its own, I mix it into overnight oats, smoothies, use a splash in tea, use it in cereal. It’s very versatile!” 
1/4 cup raw almonds (soaked overnight)
1/4 cup fresh blueberries 
1/4 teaspoon vanilla 
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon 
3 tablespoons maple syrup 
Fill water to the MIN line, then add all ingredients to the filter basket. Attach the top, and run the machine for run 2 cycles. Pour into a container, chill and enjoy!
