  • 1 cup almond pulp (from almond milk)
  • ½ tbsp cacao powder
  • ¼ tsp mint extract
  • 1 tbsp chocolate chips
  • 3-4 mint leaves
  • 2 tbsp almond milk
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup


  1. Place almond pulp in a bowl.
  2. Add cacao powder, mint extract, chocolate chips, mint leaves, almond milk, and maple syrup to your almond pulp.
  3. Stir and enjoy!
