- 250 mL Aperol
- 250 mL Prosecco
- ½ cup chopped pineapple
- splash of soda water
- Add 250mL Aperol and 250 mL Prosecco to the collector cup.
- Add ½ cup chopped pineapple to the filter basket.
- Plug in the Almond Cow and press the cow start button. It will run through 3 automatic stages. When the green light stops flashing, it is complete.
- Fill 4 wine glasses with ice
- Pour a serving of the Spritz mixture over the ice in each glass
- Add a splash of soda water
- Garnish with a pineapple wedge. Cheers!
