Cashew Pulp Queso

  • 3 cups cashews
  • ¼ cup cashew pulp (from cashew milk)
  • 1 ½ cups water
  • 1-2 cloves garlic
  • 6 tbsp nutritional yeast
  • 1 tsp cumin powder
  • 1 ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp turmeric


  1. Add all ingredients to a blender, and blend until smooth and creamy.
  2. Serve with chips or use as a topping on your tacos! You can also pair this with our Pumpkin Seed Pulp Salsa recipe.
