  1. OMG! I don’t drink coffee every day, or use creamer ever, or go crazy for pumpkin-spicing-all-the-things. But this! Oh wow, THIS!! I made it just to play with my new Almond Cow, figuring I’d use it as my cream to make pumpkin pie if I didn’t like it. Well, since I made it, I’m drinking coffee every day (a few times multiple cups 🙂 and with this creamer. And I’m going to make it again when I make pumpkin pies and use it as the milk.

  2. I thought I would try this one out. It is really good. While I don’t think it will be my goto creamer for everyday but I love having all of these options to mix it up and this one is a great one for the Fall when pumpkin flavour seems to make it everywhere but generally is way too sweet to enjoy. Thank you for all of the yummy recipes.

I bet a chocolate pumpkin spice hot chocolate would be really yummy as well.

  3. So good! I used only 1T of Maple syrup & had soaked & froze my cashews. This creamer will be a do over again and again!

  4. I left out the salt and maple syrup since I don’t eat sugar, oil, or salt (SOS) and it’s still really good! I also soaked the cashews for a few hours.

Any suggestions on how to use the pulp?

  5. I made this creamer to get in the mood for Fall and It is amazing. I did not soak the cashews and it came out perfect. I followed the recipe as it was written. Next time I may try adding pumpkin spice to the recipe as I think it has the same spices anyway. I loved this recipe and it did get me in the mood for Fall. Thank you Almond Cow!

    1. So glad you love it! Please let us know how it goes if you do decide to add pumpkin spice – that sounds like an amazing addition.
      Cheers!
