Instructions

Add all ingredients (except dried herbs) to a food processor, and blend until completely smooth. Once smooth, add in the dried herbs and blend just until incorporated. Transfer mixture into a small-medium sized pan, and fold the mixture using a spatula over medium heat until it begins to thicken and come together. This should take about 5-10 minutes. It should end up looking pretty solid and gooey. Remove from heat and transfer into a lined dish of your choice. Gently press it to the sides and smooth the top with a spatula. Cover with more parchment paper and let it sit in the refrigerator for at least 24 hours, or until completely firm. When ready, peel away the top layer of the parchment paper and flip cheese onto a small plate, removing the rest of the parchment paper. Enjoy with crackers, fruits, or whatever else you’d like!

  1. I just got mine and made first batch..I was able to add in whey and shake it in jug afterward…so don’t have to use blender to make protein drinks..another thing to mention is they give you alot of ingredients which makes it better value.. Fred

  2. I just made this recipe. The only substitution I made was the arrowroot powder with tapioca starch. The second thing I did was using the leftover pulp from cashew milk and not creamer- which I think would basicly be the same thing. The texture turned out great. I had to stir a little more than 10 minutes and now it’s in the fridge 🙃 I did a taste test and it was delicious, can’t wait to take it out of the fridge and put it on some crackers!! I will come back for a second review on the finished product!
