Pecan milk is less commonly seen than its almond cousin, but it sure is delicious. With your AlmondCow, you can make it at home and revel in its nutty, creamy flavor.
- 1/2 cup pecans, soaked
- 1.5L water
- Salt to taste (optional)
- Vanilla extract to taste (optional)
- Sweetener of choice (optional)
Soak the pecans in water.
After soaking for 30 minutes to an hour, place them in the AlmondCow canister and attach it to the blade, twisting to secure.
Press the button at the top of the AlmondCow to begin blending and let the machine run for 30 seconds or as long as you like to reach the desired smoothness.
Remove the top of the machine and set aside.
Pour the milk into a container and enjoy!
