- 1/2 cup hemp seeds
- 1/2 cup shelled raw unsalted sunflower seeds
- Filtered water
- 2 dates
Soak nuts and seeds overnight and rinse. Add all ingredients to canister, add water to fill line, press button, and enjoy!
