Golden milk is a great way to take advantage of all the excellent spices that pair with milk. This recipe uses almonds and pumpkin seeds to create a balanced umami flavor with minimal sweetness. The key ingredient is turmeric, but other spices help round out the overall taste - you can exchange these with other favorites like nutmeg or even cayenne pepper for a unique take.
