Sometimes almond milk needs to go beyond vanilla. Sometimes it just needs to be chocolate
Yields: 5 Cups (1.25 Quarts)
- 1 1/2 Cups Almonds
- 5 Cups Water
- 4 Tablespoons Raw Cacao Powder
- 4 Tablespoons Maple Syrup
- 16 Whole Cardamom Pods (Added to filter basket)
Add water to the "Min" fill line.
Add the almonds and cacao pods to the filter basket.
Add the maple syrup and raw cacao or cocoa powder to the water in the base.
Run the Almond Cow for 2 cycles.
The color will depend on the amount of cacao you choose to use, but will typically come out in a light brown shade. Now it's ready to enjoy!
