Thought you’d have to give up cheese when you gave up dairy? Think again! There are many delicious plant-based cheese options on the market, but being able to make your own from your leftover pulp meal is always our favorite option. This vegan cheese tastes and looks impressive, and the best part is that the ingredients are all things you likely have on hand!
- 1 cup almond pulp
- 3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 3 tbsp nutritional yeast
- 3/4 tsp smoked sea salt
- 1/3 lemon, juiced
- 1/4 tsp granulated garlic
Add almonds in the basket. Fill machine with water to minimum line and pulse. Once It is finished, remove pulp and fluff with fork. Add extra virgin olive oil, nutritional yeast, sea salt, lemon juice, and granulated garlic and mix well. Enjoy!
