  • 2 frozen bananas, sliced
  • 1 cup banana bread milk
  • all pulp leftover from banana bread milk (should be approx. ½ cup)
  • ½ cup rolled oats
  • ¼ tsp cinnamon
  • ⅛ tsp nutmeg


Add all ingredients to a blender, and blend until smooth and creamy.
