There's nothing artificial about this homemade Pumpkin Spice Coffee Creamer. Made with cashews, pumpkin spices, a little maple syrup and vanilla extract, you can feel good about adding a splash of this to your morning coffee! The best part? It takes less than 1 minute to make in your Almond Cow.

- Water to the 500ml line of the collector cup
- 2 Tbsp maple syrup
- ¼ tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup cashews
- ½ tsp cinnamon
- ¼ tsp ginger
- 1⁄8 tsp cloves
- 1⁄16 tsp nutmeg
- 1⁄16 tsp salt
Add water to the 500ml line of the collector cup, then add maple syrup and vanilla extract to the water.
Add cashews, cinnamon, ginger, cloves, nutmeg, and salt to the filter basket, then attach the filter basket.
Place the collector cup inside the Almond Cow base, then attach the top, and turn the machine on. Enjoy!
