- 1 cup soaked macadamia nuts (4-8 hrs or overnight)
- ¼ cup pumpkin purée
- 2 ½ tsp pumpkin spice
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp monkfruit sweetener (or sweetener of choice: pure maple syrup, raw honey, dates, etc)
Add soaked nuts and all other ingredients to your Almond Cow, run the machine, and enjoy!
