A vegan twist on a holiday classic- Creamy Egg-Free Eggnog using almonds, pecans, and seasonal spices. Enjoy by itself or add to your morning coffee for a festive upgrade!
- 1/2 cup almonds (soaked for at least 4 hours)
- 1/2 cup pecans (soaked for at least 4 hours)
- 1/2 cup date syrup
- 1 tsp nutmeg
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp cloves
Add all ingredients except date syrup into the filter basket. Add filtered water and date syrup to base of the Almond Cow. Attach top and tap the Almond Cow. Enjoy!
