Cozy Pumpkin Latte

It’s official--pumpkin-spice everything season is upon us. As temperatures drop and seasons change, there’s nothing more quintessentially-fall than cozying up to a warm, spiced, Autumn-flavored latte. (If you ask us though, this is a staple that can be savored no matter the season.)

While traditional coffee shop pumpkin-spice lattes can be loaded with sugar and artificial flavoring, by making your own healthy version with your Almond Cow, you can indulge in the flavor-of-the-season every day if you want (we won’t tell!)

  • ½ cup almonds
  • 2 tbsp shredded coconut
  • 3 tbsp canned pumpkin
  • 2 large pitted dates
  • 1 tsp sea salt
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • ¼ tsp nutmeg


Soak almonds for 4 hours. Once soaked, add all other ingredients to filter basket and add hot water in the base up to “min” line. Attach filter basket to top & attach top to the base. Press the cow button and wait until green light stops flashing. Enjoy your delicious plant-based latte!
