Coconut-Cashew Creamsicles

Did you know you can make classic summertime creamsicles using the Almond Cow Creamer Method? In this recipe, you can customize your creamsicles and choose either Berries & Cream or Cookies & Cream...or both.

  • ½ cup coconut shreds
  • ½ cup cashews
  • 3 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 2⁄3 cup berry puree or 2⁄3 cup crushed cookies


Add cashews and coconut to filter basket. Attach filter basket. Add warm water to the 500ml line in the collector cup.

Add maple syrup and vanilla to the water in the collector cup.

Place collector cup in the bottom of the Almond Cow base. Attach top. Blend for one cycle. Set creamer milk aside. Fill popsicle molds 1/2 full with the berries or cookies, top with creamer milk until fill. Add popsicle sticks. Freeze for 4+ hours. Enjoy.
