- 1 cup cashews
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder
- 3 tbsp maple syrup
- ¼ to ½ tsp peppermint extract*
- ¼ tsp vanilla extract
Add cashews and cocoa powder to filter basket. Attach filter basket to the Almond Cow top. Add water to the 500mL line in the collector cup. Add maple syrup, peppermint extract, and vanilla extract to the water. Place collector cup inside the Almond Cow base. Blend for one cycle. Pour creamer over coffee and serve.
*Adjust peppermint extract according to your desired intensity of peppermint flavor.
