Sometimes homemade almond milk needs to go beyond vanilla. Sometimes it just needs to be chocolate.
Yields: 5 Cups (1.25 Quarts)
- 1 cup almonds, soaked
- 2-4 tbsp raw cacao powder
- 4 tbsp Maple Syrup, or sweeter of your choice (optional)
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 1/4 tsp sea salt (optional)
Add the almonds and raw cacao powder to the filter basket. Add maple syrup, salt, and vanilla to the water in the base. Tap the cow and enjoy!
