Tea milk is a curious and amazingly flavorful use of nut milks. We love adding cardamom pods and other spices to add new dimensions of health and flavor to homemade plant-based milks.
Yield: 5 Cups
- 1 Cup Raw Cashews
- 1 Tbsp Black or Chai Tea
- 2 Tbsp Raw Agave Nectar
Add raw cashews, chai tea, and other solid ingredients to the filter basket (cardamom pods work well here). Add water to the minimum fill line. Add agave nectar to the water. Run the Almond Cow for 2 cycles to grind ingredients. For additional fiber, the recipe can be made with dates instead of agave as pictured - add these to the filter basket. Enjoy!
