Brown Sugar Oat Milk Shaken Espresso Latte
Instructions
OAT MILK1. Add 1 cup of oats to the filter basket of your Almond Cow.
2. Fill the base with water to the MIN line.
3. Attach the filter basket to the top, place the top onto the base and press the button. In less than a minute, you’ll have fresh oat milk!
ESPRESSO & BROWN SUGAR SYRUP
1. Prepare your espresso according to your coffee makers instructions
2. While the espresso is brewing, combine the brown sugar and 1/2 cup water in a small saucepan.
3. Heat over medium heat until the sugar dissolves, stirring occasionally.
4. Once sugar is fully dissolved, remove the saucepan from heat and let it cool. This will give you enough syrup for multiple lattes, so get an airtight container ready for storing the leftovers.
ASSEMBLY
1. In a shaker, combine the espresso shots, 2 tbsp of the brown sugar syrup, and the cinnamon.
2. Shake well until frothy.
3. Fill a glass with ice and pour the oat milk over the ice. Then Pour the shaken espresso mixture over the oat milk.
Stir gently and enjoy!
*Make sure to store the leftover brown sugar syrup in the fridge.
