Instructions

  1. (3 cycle recipe - one apple at a time)
  2. Fill collector cup with water to the 500 mL line. Place into the base of the machine (no other liquid is used).
  3. Cut 1 apple into small pieces (we recommend at least in half and then into 8ths) and place in filter basket. Add all of the spices into filter basket.
  4. Attach the filter basket to the top of the Almond Cow and twist in the direction of the close arrow to secure. Attach the top to the base.
  5. Plug in the Almond Cow and press the cow start button. It will run through 3 automatic stages. When the light stops flashing, it is complete.
  6. Remove pulp from filter basket. Cut the second apple into small pieces (in half and into 8ths) add to filter basket. Leave the same liquid you already have in the collector cup.
  7. Attach the filter basket to the top of the Almond Cow and twist in the direction of the close arrow to secure. Attach the top to the base and press the cow start button.
  8. Remove pulp from filter basket. Cut the third apple into small pieces (in half and into 8ths) add to filter basket. Continue to use the same liquid you have in the collector cup.
  9. Attach the filter basket to the top of the Almond Cow and twist in the direction of the close arrow to secure. Attach the top to the base and press the cow start button.
  10. Your apple cider is ready to enjoy!
